chex mix, home made version, cereals & assorted nuts- ate perhaps 1/2 cup

dinner 1:30 pm
pasta casserole (macaroni, sauce, vegetable protein crumbles, nutritional yeast cheese) Tried, didn't like ate a few bites. Gave him plain pasta instead after he tried casserole.

leftovers from dinner mac and cheese, broccoli and cauliflower and french fries. ate most
