If I can write food diaries surely I can plan weekly menus to save time and money.

Waffles and pancakes with syrup and fruit

scalloped potato and carrot casserole
boiled mixed vegetables
BBQ tofu (left over)

English muffin pizzas
veggies and dip

Tuesday

Breakfast mix (like chex mix but healthier, mix of cereals and good nuts)

graham crackers with peanut butter

Mexican
taco lentils and rice in wraps
beans, salsa and lettuce in tacos
tortilla chips and dip

pudding & or soft pretzels

lentil and vegetable soup
fresh bread

Wednesday

pancakes, waffles and fruit

cheese and crackers
veggies and dip

pasta and vegetarian bolognese plus sauce
green beans

garlic bread
salad
