A Pirates Life For Me!

Trevor and Tristan and all the cast, plus three teachers, drama, voice and choreography, have worked hard for many months to bring this fantastic show to the co-op stage. Day 1 was a huge success and now everyone rests before the second performance tomorrow.

Preview, A Pirates Life For Me

The cast of A Pirates Life For Me! did a preview performance for the co-op as an advertisement for the upcoming  shows. Trevor is The Butler and Tristan is a Pirate. This is a wonderful musical play and the kids have all worked so hard on acting, singing, choreography and even theatrical sword fighting. Only a few plastic swords were sacrificed so far to the cause!

Potato Farmer

Felix the cat helps me plant a small potato field. I guess that makes us potato farmers.

Yes, your spacing is fine, carry on. (What I think Felix is saying).

Finally spring? April 2015

Tristan and Comet's birthdays are in late April, and also, thankfully, melting snow. Comet enjoys nothing more than opening a present and then tearing apart the contents, to find any squeakers inside. It's his birthday, he's allowed to!

Colin and Dartha take a walk.

Spring is a good time for shedding.

The snow is mostly melted.

First frog sighting, sure sign of spring.
                                          HAPPY BIRTHDAY COMET AND TRISTAN!

Getting ready for one of the co-op classes I teach, the dogs are always interested!

One week we did balloon car races in science class.

Soon it will be summer, classes will end, snow will be gone, things will grow.

February 2015

The animals and sometimes the kids seem to enjoy winter much more than I do. The dogs like it best, always enjoy playing in the snow. February was all about skiing, snowboarding, shoveling, hauling firewood, feeding the birds and of course Colin's birthday!
